Matthew Bryant

I have an interest not only in seeing our medium grow as an art form, but creating tight, well designed games. The enjoyment I receive in building a game, come from my skills in crafting the story and designing the worlds and mechanics I create. I feel that for a game to be designed well, a core idea must be built around with all other parts of the game following this core. If this core is kept in mind during all parts of development, the game will feel more whole and complete.

In June of 2022 until Feb of 2023, I worked for PerBlue. During my time there, I worked on the soft launch of Twisted Towers, as well as one unreleased title.

In spring of 2018 until March 2022, I worked for Asteri. During my time there I worked on one unreleased title, as well as Gobsmax Galaxy and Drill Dash.

In spring of 2016 I worked for Wicked fun on Force of Elements as well as one unreleased title.

In the spring of 2015 I worked for Haiku Games to help design their newest game Adventure Escape: Time Library.

In the summer of 2013 I worked for Vector Unit, designing my first professional game, Riptide GP 2.

I am a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media. While there, I was a member of the SJSU Game Development Club where I was involved in the development of numerous games from the ground up.

I look forward to continuing my growth in this industry. If you have a comment or suggestion for me, Feel free to contact me anytime.
